At CAD Brent, we don’t just talk about inclusivity—we make it happen. Our latest Memory Café, launched in partnership with The Grange in Neasden—formerly the beloved Brent Museum—is another step toward building safe, welcoming spaces for people living with dementia and their carers. This latest addition is evidence of the fact that charities like CADBrent and Community Groups can have a significant positive impact on the lives of vulnerable residents.
This beautiful venue, with its airy interiors and tranquil garden, isn’t just a café—it’s a place for connection, engagement, and support.
Our first session was a resounding success: prize bingo brought excitement, a quiz sparked laughter and reflection, and our signature singing session filled the room with warmth. Local Community Support Officers even joined in, reinforcing the powerful sense of community that makes these gatherings so vital.
We don’t just run cafés—we create lifelines. And we need your support to keep them open, thriving, and accessible to all who need them.
CAD Brent now operates 18 Memory Cafés across Brent, each providing a crucial space for individuals navigating dementia. Thanks to visionary partners like The Grange, we’re expanding these desperately needed hubs of care and connection.
