All the Fun of the Fayre
The Sanctuary Dementia Café at St Johns Kensal Green was filled with laughter, music and community spirit as members, families, volunteers, and staff came together for an old fashioned Summer Fête. Guests enjoyed a wonderful afternoon of traditional games, delicious refreshments, a raffle, and live entertainment, creating opportunities for people living with dementia and their loved ones to relax, socialise and make lasting memories together.
Events like this Summer Fête are so much more than a fun day out—they help reduce social isolation, strengthen friendships, and provide a welcoming, supportive environment where everyone feels valued, included, and able to enjoy life to the fullest.
