Mayor of London’s Community Weekend party

What a day to remember! Thanks to the London Mayor’s Community Weekend funding, we transformed the Friendship Centre in Wembley into a  haven of joy and connection. The room was alive with laughter, music, and the warmth of friendship—people living with dementia and their incredible unpaid carers were able to step away from daily challenges and simply enjoy life together. From lively games and heartfelt singing to delicious food and genuine conversation, every moment was filled with smiles and togetherness. The CADBrent staff went above and beyond, ensuring everyone felt welcomed, cared for, and celebrated. Their kindness and attention made the day not just pleasant, but truly special. Events like this remind us of the power of community and the difference we can make when we come together.
