Together for a Dementia-Friendly Brent 2020

Brent have made a commitment to become dementia friendly borough and we are proud of the work we have done already to support people living with dementia and their carers, but we know there is so much more we can achieve by harnessing the local community.
Community Action on Dementia, Brent Council and Brent CCG are holding this event to publicise and engage people living with dementia, citizens, local businesses and the provider sector to rise to the challenge and help deliver the promise of a dementia-friendly Brent by 2020.
We would really value your support and attendance at what we hope will be a positive and engaging session that will act as a catalyst for our vision.
