Pentecostal City Mission Church
The Pentecostal City Mission Church in Scrubs Lane launched its new dementia café this week. In response to requests by its congregation to support members living with dementia and their carers the Church has created a cafe which is open to anyone in the community. Supported by Ashford Place and CAD-Brent this is one of the first Brent faith and community responses to the needs of people living with dementia. The cafe will include lunch, physical exercise, information about dementia and other services as well as song and dance. We hope to see many more of these examples across the whole of Brent
